Ding Guan Jing Course

Ding Guan Jing is a Daoist Inner Observation method which combines Buddhist concepts with the Daoist theory of energetic cycles in nature.

This course will occur in February 2024 and consists of four lectures, a full translation of the Ding Guan Jing, and related content.

Expect to learn:

• What is Ding Guan/Stable Observation,
• The Daoist theory of how Stable Observation leads to the attainment of utmost reality,
• The full theory of practice of Ding Guan,
• What to expect at each stage of practice,
• How Ding Guan relates to Internal Alchemy and other Daoist arts.

Students who sign up for the class during February will have full access to live lectures via Zoom link, all students will have access to the videos and documents regardless of when they sign up.
